A Few of My Favorite Things

Obviously, cameras & carabiners are my two favorite things, but there are a lot of other things that I wouldn’t want to live without, especially when I’m getting after it outside.

So here are some love letters to my favorite adventure gear!

8BPlus Chalkbags

Dear 8b+ Chalkbags,

I can’t hide it anymore – I think you are just so cute!! ? I am smitten with your fuzziness and your silly faces. You make friends with so many fellow climbers at the crag and spread smiles wherever you go.

I’ll eat more chalk if it means I get to spend more time with you!

Dear Deuter Guide Lite,

It was love at first sight. As soon as I saw you, I immediately swiped right.

I knew that you belonged with me, and once I got you home, you were everything I’d dreamed you would be.

I carry my life on my back, and you make the journey easy.

Plus, you’re just so pretty.

You complete me!

Dear La Sportiva Katakis,

Ok, I’m not going to lie, I was originally attracted to your looks. But you’re more than just surface beauty – you feel good, too, and your performance is, well, something special.

Thanks for helping me actually trust my feet, especially on heel hooks and tiny foot chips!

Dear Arêt Basewear,

You’re like an great friend – comfortable and supportive. You give me the freedom to be me, but keep me in line when I need it.

And it’s fun to go anywhere with you, from climbing rocks to soaking in a hot spring.

Thanks for always coming along for the ride!

Animosa Go With Your Flow Pack

Dear Animosa,

If I didn’t have you, I probably would have cried on several climbing trips this year (and not because of the PMS hormones).

I’m not going to let the fact that it’s that time of the month stop me from going on an adventure, and this little pouch is the perfect way to deal with your period in the outdoors.

Thanks for being there when there will be blood.

Dear Stio Pants,

You make me so happy. You are great for climbing, since you’re as stretchy as leggings but look more like regular pants – and you even have pockets! I have two pairs, and I get compliments on you constantly.

Thanks for always being comfortable when I’m stretching out of my comfort zone!

Cotopaxi

Dear Cotopaxi,

How do I love thee? Let me count the ways!

I love your hooded fleece, your Libre sweater, and your puffy jacket to keep me cozy.

I love your Del Dia Daypack – and the Duffel full of pockets, too!

I love your shorts so much that I had to get the pants.

I love your accessories, from purse to headlamp.

And, most of all, I love your pom-pom beanie!

Keep doing good!

ClimbStuff

Dear ClimbStuff,

Thanks for being my favorite place to get stuff for my favorite sport!

You give me what I need, and you also give back to local crags. What more could a girl want?

Proud to be an ambassador and help spread the love!
